BOSTON – Eight-inning starts are becoming routine for rookie Jose Quintana.
So are no-decisions.
The White Sox left-hander watched another gem get spoiled Thursday night when closer Addison Reed surrendered a walk-off, three-run home run to Cody Ross with one out in the ninth inning of a 3-1 loss to the Boston Red Sox.
