CRETE – A suburban Chicago woman was charged with aggravated driving under the influence after backing a minivan over her 19-month-old daughter, killing the girl.

Police say 40-year-old Yvette Y. Guerrero-Silva of Steger was being held on $1 million bond after being charged Friday.

Authorities say police and fire department personnel summoned to a house in Crete late Wednesday and found Holly Silva injured. She was taken to St. James Hospital and Health Centers in Chicago Heights, where she was pronounced dead.
