Record turnout for Basketball in the Park
WOODSTOCK – For the three-man team of recent Woodstock graduates Eric Debray, Donte Arnold and Ricky Leguizamo, the Basketball in the Park event Saturday at Emricson Park took on extra meaning.
“My mother had breast cancer,” Debray said. “It does take its toll, but an event like this is a good cause and we get to have fun.”
“It’s mainly about donating the money to help out,” Leguizamo said. “We might as well play basketball while we do it.”
