CRYSTAL LAKE – The Heartland Realtor Organization is having a Property Assessment Seminar from 6 to 7 p.m. Aug. 2 in the Conference Center Room at McHenry County College, Crystal Lake.

The event will feature Bob Ross, chief assessment officer for McHenry County. Ross will give an overview of the assessment process, the appeal process, the Board of Review and the best approach for discussions about your property assessment. 

After the presentation Heartland Realtor Organization staff will be available to make reservations for one-on-one appointments with trained Realtors to discuss residential assessments.
