The national government has given undue tax reductions to the wealthiest 2 percent, including the richest 400 people, through tax loopholes and lower tax rates when instead the IRS should have been collecting revenue to maintain public services.
Conservatives impoverish the majority. The wealthiest billionaires have 90 percent of the wealth. This has soared since Ronald Reagan, when right-wing policies such as outsourcing jobs started.
