I have heard many people say that they use agave nectar as a healthier alternative to sugar. Here’s the facts about agave nectar:

- Agave nectar is sweeter than regular sugar which may mean you would use less

- There is slightly less calories and carbs in 1 tablespoon of sugar compared to agave nectar
