Better facilities come from 3 lost lives
WOODSTOCK – McHenry County businesses and individuals have helped three Huntley families turn tragedies into opportunity, supplying money, materials and equipment for a renovation at the county fairgrounds.
Growing up in rural Huntley, Jennifer Kearns, Kevin Ziller and Grant Fruin were active 4-H members and regulars at the annual McHenry County Fair.
In a span of two-and-a-half years, the three died in separate incidents.
