Cashman: Postal Service can't stamp out red ink
The U.S. Postal Service is facing the equivalency of Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The agency defaulted on a $5.5 billion payment for future postal retirees’ health benefits last week. It also announced another $5.6 billion due in September will be left unpaid.
