CRYSTAL LAKE – Kids ‘R’ Kids completes its fundraising efforts in support of Turning Point, McHenry County's domestic violence agency, Thursday with its second annual car wash from 3:30 to 6 p.m. at the school, 475 Alexandra Blvd., Crystal Lake

School fundraising activities for Turning Point the past month have included lemonade stands, bake sales and dinners on the go.

“We feel it’s important to be a contributing member of the community we live and work in,” said Andie Kulach, co-owner of Kids ‘R’ Kids Crystal Lake. “Turning Point is a great organization with an important cause – we enjoy raising money for the organization, and the children have had a great time both years.”
