Harvard man pleads guilty to sex abuse
WOODSTOCK – A Harvard man was sentenced Tuesday to two years of probation after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a young girl.
Noe Solorio, 42, pleaded guilty to criminal sexual abuse, a Class 4 felony, and must register as a sex offender as part of the negotiated plea accepted by McHenry County Judge Joseph Condon.
He also was sentenced to 180 days in jail. However, that time was stayed, meaning he will not have to serve it if he successfully completes the terms of his probation.
