McHENRY – A couple recent business additions to the McHenry Riverwalk area are bringing increased foot traffic, and developers are hoping it's the tip of the iceberg.

In the last three months, Worldwide Traveler LTD and Red Mango Frozen Yogurt & Smoothies have opened at the River Place Complex on Green Street in McHenry. The 14-unit complex run by Chicago-based 1110 Green LLC is now about half full, but Roy Blavvise said they're currently aggressively pursuing retailers and have fielded interest from several.

"Our goal is to be substantially leased by the end of the year," Blavvise said.
