PALATINE – Countryside Association recently completed a 9,000-square-foot expansion and renovation project to allow the human services agency to expand by 50 people its client base of 675 individuals with disabilities.

A grand reopening will be from noon to 2 p.m. Friday at Countryside Center, 21154 W. Shirley Road, Palatine. The public can tour the facility, meet clients and have refreshments.

Countryside helps its clients find jobs and provides social and recreational activities. The agency also supports the clients’ families in their homes with intermittent in-home care, relief to primary caregivers and case management services.
