That’s how to respond to a bully, says Rick Bjorkquist, who owns Kyuki-Do Martial Arts of Huntley along with his wife, Christine, a McHenry County sheriff’s deputy for 11 years.
“The bully wants you to look away,” he said. “They want you to feel small. Laugh at them. What’s the worst that’s going to happen? Give them a high-five.”
