Hurricanes take 2, stay alive in 15U tourney
The McHenry County Hurricanes are quite happy to continue their tournament trend.
“We’re moving on and fighting pretty hard,” second baseman Matt Kinker said. “We’ve gotten better throughout every tournament we’ve played all summer.”
The Hurricanes faced elimination Thursday in the McHenry County Youth Sports Association Summer International Championships after dropping their first Gold Bracket game Wednesday.
