Rakow road work
To the Editor:
I have noticed in the weekend editions concerning road work that there always is a notation under Rakow Road that says, “completion this fall weather permitting.” I find this a very strange and unnerving statement.
Since early July, work on Rakow has been minimal at best as far as actual road construction is concerned.
