ALGONQUIN – The Algonquin/Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for its final Cruise Night for the summer from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Aug. 14 at Oakridge Shopping Center, 1090 S. Randall Road in Algonquin.

To help the local food pantry, visitors and car enthusiasts are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to the chamber’s booth. As a “thank you” you will receive a coupon for a free treat from Sonic Drive-In. 

The chamber’s Cruise Night has been a family fun event for all ages. Visitors enjoy meeting with the car enthusiasts and the local businesses, all while enjoying great music and activities. This year’s event sponsor is Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital.
