Mediator assigned to talks between D-300, union
CARPENTERSVILLE – The Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board has assigned a mediator to assist in negotiations between School District 300 and LEAD300, the district's union of teachers and other certified staff.
The move is in response to a request recently filed by the school board and union, according to a district news release.
The sides are working with the mediator to schedule a series of talks beginning Sept. 6 or soon thereafter.
