HUNTLEY - Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwiches and Rookies All American Pub & Grill have leased space in a new, 7,977-square-foot commercial building under construction at the southwest corner of Kreutzer Road and Route 47.

The building is one of two being developed in the Regency Square by Elgin-based Interstate Partners. The second building is 3,747 square feet.

According to Jeff Possin, real estate director for Interstate Partners, they have been talking with national and smaller retailers about leasing the remainder of the development.
