CRYSTAL LAKE – The Crystal Lake Park District's Grand Oaks Child Care is open and enrolling children.

An open house and family fun day will run from 10 a.m. to noon today at the center, 1401 W. Route 176, Crystal Lake. The program's directors and staff will have activities and projects for children to try while parents tour the center and meet staff.

The Grand Oaks Child Care program is licensed by the Department of Children and Family Services and serves children ages 3 to 5 years old. The daily schedule includes literacy, music, art and dramatic play.
