Learn the facts about concussion
The public is invited to learn about concussions at a free lecture from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 21 at Centegra Health Bridge Fitness Center-Crystal Lake, 200 E. Congress Parkway. Barb Wasilk, program supervisor at the Centegra Neuro-Rehabilitation Center, and Julia Szot, a case manager at the center, will discuss symptoms of concussions, academic implications and resources for someone who has suffered a concussion.
