Library hires search firm for next director

WOODSTOCK – The Woodstock Public Library has hired a search firm to find its next executive director.

The library board last week hired John Keister & Associates to conduct a nationwide search at a cost of $14,000.

The library will not to use taxpayer dollars for the search, but will pay for it with its Margaret Marchi Estate fund. Marchi was a longtime library director.
