To the Editor:
I was reading the story about the Lackland Air Force base sex scandal the other day and was reminded that adultery is a crime under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Military policy has changed to allow gays to serve openly. However, under current laws, the rights of gays to marry or form civil unions are recognized on a state-by-state basis.
