Mr. Myers to have a ‘Blast’ this weekend in Crystal Lake (VIDEO)
Mr. Myers is the type of band that belongs on a beach.
Born from steel drums, or pans, the band’s Caribbean Rock sound has drawn faithful audiences for the past 31 years, many of whom also call themselves Parrot Heads, iconic followers of Jimmy Buffett.
Performing Aug. 18 as part of Crystal Lake’s Blast on the Beach, Mr. Myers has opened for Buffett, blending their own unique sounds of calypso and ska, the rhythms of reggae and a touch of rock ’n’ roll.
