No ordinary day at Crystal Lake beach
CRYSTAL LAKE – Attendance at Saturday’s daylong festival at Main Beach nearly doubled last year’s turnout.
An estimated 2,200 people came out for “Blast on the Beach,” which featured a children’s fun fair, an arts and crafts fair, beer garden, a water ski show and live musical entertainment.
Johanna Donahue was able to spend most of her Saturday by the beach without worrying too much about her three children.
