McCaleb: More information coming on referendum
If the election were today, I’m not sure many McHenry County voters could make a well-informed decision on whether to create an executive form of government for the county.
I’m pretty sure I couldn’t.
But on Nov. 6, we will be asked to vote “yes” or “no” on a referendum that could fundamentally change county government as we know it.
