Sox, Quintana look to continue success vs. Mariners

CHICAGO – Rookie left-hander Jose Quintana starts tonight against the Seattle Mariners, a team the White Sox have owned lately.

The Sox have won nine of their last 10 games against Seattle and since 2008 they have posted a 31-10 record. Quintana (5-2, 2.76 ERA) has put together some of his best performances at U.S. Cellular Field, reflected by his 2.36 ERA at home.

The Sox enter tonight's game having won four straight games and try to build on their 2 1/2 game lead on the Detroit Tigers.
