Kathleen Plinske, the former top administrator of McHenry County College, including its interim president, has been named "2012 Outstanding Female of the Year" in the Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 competition.
Plinske is president of Valencia College’s Osceola and Lake Nona campuses.
