CORONADO, Calif. – Monica Sophia Kharmatsky of West Bloomfield, Mich., and Benjamin Paul Kiel of Crystal Lake were married in a double-ring ceremony at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, April 15, 2012, at Hotel del Coronado in Coronado, Calif. Rabbi Ian Adler officiated.

She is the daughter of Dr. Lev and Anna Kharmatsky. He is the son of Randolph and Barbara Kiel.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an A-line silhouette strapless satin gown with hand-beaded Swarovski crystals and precious stone detail on the bust, side-rouched bodice, bustled skirt and semi-cathedral train.
