No bond reduction for man accused of soliciting undercover deputy

WOODSTOCK – One of two brothers accused of trying to solicit an undercover deputy for sex, thinking it was a teenage girl, was denied a bond reduction Tuesday, after prosecutors said he faces charges in Wisconsin that he sexually assaulted an unconscious person.

Judge Sharon Prather refused to lower the $60,000 bond for Rick Joe Corbin, 46. He must post 10 percent, or $6,000, to be released.

Also on Tuesday, Corbin's older brother, Thomas P. Corbin, 54, pleaded not guilty to the charges both men face, including traveling to meet a minor, solicitation to meet a minor, and grooming.
