Oliver: Here’s to a special, interesting, well-lived life
When special people enter our lives, their loss can leave holes in our hearts.
Such is the case with my sister-in-law, Janice Oliver. Friends and family gathered last weekend in Madison, Wis., to celebrate her life and mourn her death Aug. 7.
Janice O., as she was affectionately called, was born 59 years ago in Baguio, Philippines, where her father, Charles, was stationed in the Air Force.
