Chargers shut out Tigers

CRYSTAL LAKE – It didn’t take long for Dundee-Crown (1-0) to get on the scoreboard Tuesday night.

Chargers forward Jose Angeles dashed across the middle and placed a feed from teammate Malik Washington into the back of the net for a 1-0 lead in the fifth minute.

That goal ended up being all Dundee-Crown needed as it tallied two more goals in the second half en route to a 3-0 victory over host Crystal Lake Central (0-5).
