Fundraisers set for Prairie Ridge grad with leukemia

CRYSTAL LAKE – After returning from a trip this summer, Anthony Mustari noticed what he thought was a spider bite on his leg. The bite got worse, and he started to run a high fever, according to a Facebook page.

“It was not a spider bite,” said Lisa Mustari, Anthony’s mom. “It turned out to be a sign sent from God.”

The skin lesion turned out to be an infection, and his leg kept getting bigger.
