CHICAGO – Chicago police say a teenager was shot dead in front of his mother and younger brother outside a laundromat on the city's South Side.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office identified the boy as 17-year-old Jalen Stogner.
He was at a laundromat in the Back of the Yards neighborhood Friday with his mother and 10-year-old brother. Police say the teen got into an argument with a man in the parking lot.
