Two dead in Sycamore hospital shooting
SYCAMORE – Police are investigating the deaths of two people at Kindred Hospital Sycamore on Tuesday evening.
Police were called to the hospital at 225 Edward St. at 5:50 p.m. for a report of gunshots. A witness discovered the scene inside a room on the main floor where a male patient was staying, Sycamore Police Chief Don Thomas said.
“When we arrived, we found two victims who had died from gunshot wounds in a room in the hospital,” Thomas said.
