‘Future’ is on Huntley Area Tea Party’s menu

HUNTLEY – With Election Day less than two months away, government organizations and civic groups are making efforts to educate voters and encourage citizens who have not registered to make a date at the polls Nov. 6.

The Huntley Area Tea Party is a group of private citizens united by the core values of fiscal responsibility, constitutionally limited government and free market economy.

Saturday, members stationed themselves on Route 47 in front of Culver’s to rally support for their cause while waving signs that read, for example, “Honk if you want your country back.”
