Woodstock won’t outsource city manager search
WOODSTOCK – The City Council has set specific guidelines about finding a successor for its city manager.
Tim Clifton announced he will retire as city manager April 30.
City officials opted for an in-house search committee rather than hiring an external firm to find candidates.
