Exhibit on fallen Illinois soldiers on tour

CENTRALIA, Ill. — A traveling exhibit highlighting hand-sketched portraits of fallen Illinois service members is on display in southern Illinois.

It's called "Portrait of a Soldier" and features about 300 fallen soldiers who have been killed since Sept. 11, 2001. It's been in Troy and Tinley Park.

The event will be on display in Centralia starting Tuesday at Kaskaskia College and will be available for viewing until Sept. 24.
