MARENGO – Announcement has been made of the engagement of Nicole Nielsen and Eric Hamilton, both of Marengo.

She is the daughter of Dennis Nielsen of Streamwood and Laurie Martinez of Hanover Park. He is the son of Steve and Debbie Hamilton of Marengo.

The bride-to-be is a 2010 graduate of Marengo Community High School and a 2012 graduate of McHenry County College with an associate degree in business management. She attends the University of Illinois at Chicago and works in customer service at T and J Printing Supply in Huntley.
