Tip leads police to driver in fatal hit-and-run
WOODSTOCK – Police have found the person they believe was behind the wheel when a 6-year-old boy was struck and killed Saturday night.
The person’s identity has not yet been released, but an interview has been conducted, McHenry County Undersheriff Andrew Zinke said Monday.
“We anticipate charges to be forthcoming, but that is still under investigation,” he said.
