Proper flag use
To the Editor:
Re: the photo of the two Democratic convention delegates on page 7 of the Northwest Herald’s Sept. 7 issue.
I’ve searched and nowhere can I find that the proper display of our American flag is for it to be worn as a toga. Also, the woman wearing the flag has already shown her ignorance, but I hope that what is showing at the top of the flag is not a bra, as it appears, but another type of top.
