Constituents’ concerns
To the Editor:
Let me see if I have this straight. The Illinois Department of Transportation has a proposal for the improvement of the Route 20 and Harmony Road intersection, and the state representative for the area said he only found out about it while reading the newspaper.
My research has shown that state representatives are routinely notified early on about road improvements being explored for their districts.
