McHenry Co. crashes injure three motorists
Three people were taken to area hospitals in a pair of accidents early Friday in McHenry County, authorities said.
One was a head-on crash of a car and minivan about 3:30 a.m. Friday in the 7000 block of Route 23 in Marengo, according to the Marengo Fire Protection District.
The drivers, both men, were taken to Swedish American Hospital and St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford with injuries that were not life-threatening, authorities said.
