Northern Ill. man dies in tree-cutting accident

ROUND LAKE BEACH – A Round Lake Beach man has died in a tree-cutting accident.

Lake County Coroner Artis Yancey said 53-year-old Florencio Vega was cutting down tree limbs when a large limb fell and hit him in the head.

The (Waukegan) News Sun reported that Vega was pronounced dead at the scene Saturday.
