Sept. 22: Liza Day & Broken Arrow at Opera House
Liza Day & Broken Arrow will perform a folk-rock concert at 8 p.m. Sept. 22 at Woodstock Opera House, 121 Van Buren St., Woodstock.
Liza Day's music has been described as straight-forward classic country, layered with a raw, untidy, rockabilly vibe. She will soon be releasing her new EP, “One for Courage,” as a follow up to her 2009 debut album, “Liza Day and the Northbound Trestle Singers.”
Broken Arrow, a Neil Young tribute band, faithfully recreates Young’s music, from Buffalo Springfield to Crazy Horse to Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.
