SPRING GROVE – Petitions for candidacy for village president and three trustee seats will be available at 8 a.m. Tuesday in the village clerk’s office at the Spring Grove Municipal Center, 7401 Meyer Road.

The term of office is four years.

To qualify to hold office, a candidate must be a registered voter in Spring Grove; have lived in the village at least a year before the election; not be in arrears in the payment of any tax or other indebtedness to the village; and have not been convicted in any court of the United States of any infamous crime, bribery, perjury or felony.
