Woodstock man pleads not guilty to racing in fatal crash

WOODSTOCK – A Woodstock man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges that stem from a crash that killed two teens July 1.

Daniel Huber, 21, was first charged with failure to report a fatal traffic crash and aggravated street racing. A charge of obstruction of justice was added after he was indicted.

Jacob Norys and Alec Kaiser, both 16, were killed about 2:02 a.m. July 1 when the 2010 Hyundai Elantra that Kaiser was driving swerved off the roadway in the 14200 block of Davis Road. The car rolled and struck a tree and a brick pillar.
