Candidate forums start Wednesday at MCC

CRYSTAL LAKE – The League of Women Voters of McHenry County, the Crystal Lake Jaycees, the American Association of University Women and the  American Association of Women in Community Colleges are sponsoring a series of candidates forums in contested races for the upcoming elections.

All the forums will be at McHenry County College in the Conference Center.

• At 6:30 p.m. Wednesday will be candidates for McHenry County Board Districts 1 , 2 and 3.

• At 6:30 p.m. Thursday will be candidates for McHenry County Board Districts 4, 5 and 6.

• At 7 p.m. Friday will be candidates for Illinois Senate District 26 and Illinois House District 52.

There will be a moderator and time for questions from the audience.
