Former Family Services program lands at Samaritan

ALGONQUIN – When Michelle Durpetti got the news Family Services would be shutting down, she wasted little time before seeking a new home for the Advantage Employee Assistance Program.

She called former Family Services Chief Operating Officer Scott Campbell, who'd gone to Samaritan Counseling Center a couple months earlier to be the clinical director.

"We decided to sit down and just have a conversation, not knowing if anything was possible or not," said Durpetti, program director of Advantage EAP. "Two hours later, [we] realized that it was in the best interest for everybody."
