Marriage equality
To the Editor:
I am one of 200,000 moms, dads, and other allies. We are PFLAG: Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays. We support marriage equality. We envision a society that embraces everyone, including those of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. We support LGBT people, educate the public, and advocate to end discrimination and to secure equal civil rights.
As a mom, I want my gay child to have the same rights to marry and to raise a family that my other two children have.
