Upset with Mercy decision

To the Editor:

The state again has rejected Mercy Health System’s request to build a Crystal Lake hospital. I am disappointed in the state board. It continues to deny Mercy, but has allowed Centegra (soon to have four facilities) to create a virtual monopoly in McHenry County. I think this is just wrong.
